School Board races’ unexpected twist
With the exception of Harium Martin-Morris, who won handily in all parts of the city, including his own district, winners Sharon Peaslee (North Seattle), Sherry Carr (Northeast Seattle) and Marty McLaren (West Seattle) all lost in the districts they were aiming to represent but gained enough votes in the rest of the city to triumph.
