In 12 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at Kansas Speedway, only two drivers have won the race from the pole: Joe Nemechek in 2004 and Jimmie Johnson in 2008. Eight drivers have won at the track, which graduated to two annual Cup Series races just last season.
